**Kelayakan**
- **Minimum SPM** atau kelayakan setara.
- Pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya **1 tahun** dalam bidang pengurusan stor (keutamaan akan diberikan kepada mereka yang berpengalaman dalam sektor makanan atau katering).
- Mahir dalam penggunaan **Microsoft Excel** dan sistem pengurusan inventori.
- Pengetahuan asas tentang **pengendalian barang makanan** dan **suhu penyimpanan yang sesuai**.
- Mempunyai daya tahan fizikal dan boleh mengangkat barang berat.
- Berkemahiran dalam menyusun dan mengurus inventori dengan cekap.

**Tanggungjawab Utama**
- Mengurus penerimaan dan penyimpanan stok dengan teratur.
- Memastikan stor sentiasa kemas dan dalam keadaan teratur.
- Melaksanakan kiraan stok berkala dan menyediakan laporan inventori.
- Memastikan penyimpanan barang mengikut standard kebersihan dan keselamatan makanan.
- Berhubung dengan jabatan lain untuk memastikan bekalan mencukupi untuk operasi harian.
- Memantau tarikh luput produk dan memastikan “First-In-First-Out” (FIFO) diamalkan.
