Key Responsibilities of a Finance Administrator:
- **Financial Record Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring they are compliant with accounting principles and regulations.
- **Transaction Processing**: Handle various financial transactions, including invoicing, payroll, and payments.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare financial reports, statements, and analyses to support decision-making.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- **Budgeting**: Assist with budgeting processes and monitoring financial performance.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and maintain financial data in systems.
- **Inquiries and Support**: Respond to financial inquiries and provide support to other departments.
- **Tax Reporting**: Prepare and file tax forms and reports as required.
- **Collaboration**: Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
