**Account Clerk**

**Salary**: RM2,000 - RM3,000
**Working Hours**: 5 days, 9:00am - 6:00pm
**Location**: Desa Tebrau, Johor Bahru

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily accounting tasks, including data entry, AP & AR, and general ledger.
- Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts, and deposit slips.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and account reconciliation.
- Verify staff claims and ensure proper supporting documents.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
- Liaise with internal departments, auditors, tax agents, and banks when required.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting or related field.
- Possess at least **Diploma / LCCI / Degree in Accounting or related disciplines**.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software
- Able to handle multi-tasking, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- **Must have own transport.**

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
- English (preferred)
