**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Present and promote Carijob’s hiring packages in a consultative and persuasive manner.
- Understand clients’ recruitment needs and propose suitable service solutions.
- Secure recruitment projects by building strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth handover of closed projects.
- Track outreach, leads, and conversions using internal tools or reporting methods.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (experience in recruitment or HR tech is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering client value.
- Professional fluency in English (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or Tamil is a plus).
