**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Planning & Coordination**:

- Assist in the development of detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, and suppliers) to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and understood.

**Execution & Monitoring**:

- Assist the IT Project Manager in ensuring that the project is on track with timelines, costs, and resources.
- Track and report on the progress of IT projects, ensuring that any risks or issues are identified and resolved promptly.

**Vendor & Stakeholder Management**:

- Ensure that vendor contracts are adhered to and services are delivered as per the agreed terms.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, HR) to ensure smooth project delivery.

**Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support during the implementation phase of IT projects, ensuring that systems integrate seamlessly with the supermarket's existing infrastructure.
- Assist in testing and troubleshooting hardware and software solutions before full deployment.

**Quality Assurance & Documentation**:

- Assist in ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and business needs.
- Help maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, test plans, and final reports.
- Ensure that all IT systems comply with internal policies and external regulations, including data protection and cybersecurity.

**Training & Post-Implementation Support**:

- Help coordinate training sessions for supermarket staff to ensure they are proficient in using new systems and technologies.
- Provide ongoing support after project implementation to resolve any issues or concerns raised by end-users.

**Required skills & Qualifications**:

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in IT Project management, preferably in a retail or hypermarket environment.
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure teams and overseeing infrastructure projects.
- understanding of network protocols, server management, storage solutions and IT security.
- Experience with managing in a multi-site environment.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
