**Content Creation & Multimedia Production**
- Develop, design, and produce multimedia content such as graphics, short-form videos, animations, infographics, and reels tailored for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Capture and edit high-quality video content for various platforms (social media, websites, advertisements, and events) featuring on-ground activities, waste management operations, CSR programs, and community engagement to effectively tell SWME’s story through engaging visuals.
- Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro to create compelling and engaging content. Proven experience as a videographer with a strong portfolio.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
- Ensure consistent brand look, feel across all video content, manage and organize video files and project archives.
- Adapt content to suit the local context of each state (Negeri Sembilan, Melaka & Johor) to ensure cultural and audience relevance.

**Campaign Support & Engagement**
- Contribute to digital campaigns by creating and scheduling multimedia content that aligns with SWME’s branding and communication objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations) to gather media assets and coordinate coverage.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments/messages, and help build a supportive digital community.

**Platform Maintenance & Monitoring**
- Ensure day-to-day hygiene of SWME’s social media platforms by monitoring for spam, removing inappropriate content, and supporting a clean and professional digital presence.
- Track and report content performance, providing insights to improve future engagement and reach.

**Requirements:

- **
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum one - three (1-3) years of experience in multimedia content creation for social media.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and sound. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro - knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, or Audition is a plus.
- Ability to shoot with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and operate audio equipment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their native content formats.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to travel as needed for coverage and production.
- Willing to work at Taman Tun Dr Ismail (Kuala Lumpur).

**Preferred Skills:

- **
- Prior experience in the waste management, environmental, or government-linked sectors.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; ability to adapt content for multilingual audiences is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
