**Job Purpose**

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food & beverage quality standards, and supervising staff. This role requires working in an environment that handles **non-halal products and alcoholic beverages**.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operational Management**
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Oversee food and beverage service, including areas handling **non-halal products and alcoholic beverages**.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, ordering, and waste control.

**Staff Supervision & Training**
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of performance.
- Organize work schedules and delegate tasks to team members.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and service quality.
- Handle staff grievances and escalate issues to the Manager when necessary.

**Customer Service**
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain service excellence and build positive relationships with customers.
- Monitor dining area to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.

**Administrative Duties**
- Record and report any incidents, equipment damage, or operational issues.
- Support management in implementing promotions, new menus, and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food & beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Comfortable working in an environment handling **non-halal food and alcoholic beverages**.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
