1. Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge about all MHI Hotels in your region.

2. Prepare and execute action plans which increase reservation sales and associated business.

4. Accept wait list reservations.

5. Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc.

6. Manage “no show” reservations by investigation and recording of same.

7. Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions.

8. Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions.

9. Monitor reservation levels and inform Managers of current and future occupancy rates.

10. Prepare reports as requested.

11. Upselling hotel all products at any time.

12. Well know competitor hotel BAR rate as requests.

Perform any duties assigned by the Management deemed necessary.

REQUIRED:
1. Familiar with the hotel operations available technology (PMS, CRS, CM) and all distribution channels.

2. 1 year of work experience in a similar position in a large hotels or international companies.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
