Conduct meeting and lead curriculum planning with assistant teachers on a weekly basis.
- Improve and provide assistance and solutions to the assistant teachers on issues pertaining to teaching and learning.
- Facilitate classes according to the curriculum guidelines
- Participate in regular duties outside lesson times
- Prepare lesson plans and learning materials on a daily basis.
- Offer all students equal opportunities to learn and maintain an environment in which no student is exposed to discriminatory behaviour
- Undertake tasks associated with the ongoing development of the school’s curriculum
- Create a classroom environment conducive to the development of critical and creative learning and appropriate for the physical, social, and emotional development of students.
- Plan and maintain a safe, clean, learning environment and ensuring the wellbeing and the safety of the children in his/her care
- Participate in staff meetings, training days, parent-teacher conference and school functions according to the published schedule.
- Keep records of student and track their progress and development, and write reports as and when required.

**; Requirements**:
- Minimum a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education/Education/TESL or relevant discipline. Preferably holds a Masters in the above-mentioned disciplines.
- The ability to speak excellent English, Bahasa Malaysia. The ability to speak an additional language would be a plus point.
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience is required. Experience in international education would be a plus point.
- Strong organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A keen learner, flexible and a team player with positive working attitude.
