**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver interactive training sessions on:

- 3D Design using software like TinkerCAD, or Blender.
- 2D Animation for robotic interfaces or project visualization (e.g., using Scratch Jr, Scratch).
- Arduino Programming including circuit design, coding in C/C++, and interfacing with sensors, motors, and other components.
- Guide students in creating functional robotic prototypes incorporating design, movement, and interactivity.
- Design course materials, lesson plans, and hands-on projects tailored to different skill levels.
- Provide technical support and mentorship during workshops or projects.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in robotics, design, and microcontrollers.
- Assist in curriculum development and improvement based on student feedback and technological trends.
- Mentor junior trainer to help strengthen and improve the quality of their class management and teaching.
- Manage Academy social media and always be ready to accept responsibilities and instructions from top management positively.
- Able to work in Setia Alam(HQ), and few branches location.
- Able to start working in **July 2025 onwards**.
- **Willing to travel** as required for training sessions, events, or workshop.

**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Animation, Industrial Design, STEM or a related field (or equivalent experience).

**Proven experience with**:

- 3D modeling software (e.g., TinkerCAD, Blender).
- 2D animation tools (e.g., Scrath Jr, Scratch).
- Arduino hardware and software (IDE, sensors, actuators, breadboarding).
- Experience teaching or conducting workshops is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a passion for hands-on learning.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with 3D printing.
- Experience with other microcontrollers (eg. ESP32).
- Basic knowledge of electronics and circuitry.

**Working hours**:

- Tuesday to Saturday
- 9am - 6pm

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
