Responsible for the management and monitoring of all assigned projects on planning, control and execution are performing to the required standard and within time-cost budget.
- Oversee the projects operations and construction processes meeting the project objectives/goals.
- Oversee the performance of project team and enhance process improvements.
- Oversee the management of project resources in respect of project sites especially on site wastages, foreign workers, machineries and equipments.
- Ensure alll assigned project sites have coordination meetings with clients and sub-contractors to study and suggest solutions to technical or non-technical problems.
- Visit project sites on regular basis to review progress and project performance according to schedule.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on projects operations to management.
Requirements:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 10+ years of working experience in building construction.
- Strong leadership and ability to lead site project team.
- Self-motivated personal and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure, long hours and delivered within committed deadlines.
- Computer literate.
- Willing to relocate.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
