BARISTA WANTED ( IMMEDIATE STARTER)

Location: CAFE ZAMSAHAM HOTEL & RESORT
- Adhere and implement all standardized procedures, rules and regulations systematically to be in line with company standards and policies.
- Stocks ordering & management of inventory
- Provide leadership and manage restaurant in achieving company goal, sales, manpower, utilities, inventories, food cost and any others matters related to restaurant daily operations
- Lead team by attracting, recruiting and training talented personnel
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer services
- Staff scheduling
- Monitor outlet performance
- Prepares reports (daily, weekly and monthly)
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Perform ad hoc tasks/ duties as assigned by management
- Assist Manager in implement all standardized procedures, rules and regulations systematically to be in line with company standards and policies
- Assist in stocks ordering
- Assist in the preparation, display and delivery of food and drink
- Ensure prompt and friendly customer services
- Follow strict personal safety, food safety and food storage guideline
- Maintaining outlet cleanliness to meet regulatory sanitation and hygiene standards
- Able to respond to customer feedback and resolving conflicts effectively
- Production of high quality hand crafted beverages
- Clean coffee machine and work area

**Requirements**:

- Experience in using Microsoft Office
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
- Good interpersonal skills, energetic and willing to learn new knowledge
- Able to push sales and sales planning for outlet
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- PRIORITY ON PIZZA MAKERS AND WATER

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
