Working together with Facility Manager and Head of HWMS, LLS & CLS in monitor and cooperate with Linen and Laundry Services (LLS) contractors and constantly evaluate theirs performance to ensure their service delivered as per contact.

To assist Head of HWMS, LLS

a. to prepare Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP) for LLS.

b. to oversee and supervise daily LLS activity such as Porter Service, manpower arrangements, schedule and others.

c. to do manpower arrangement, scheduling and planning.

d. to visit all unit/meet Hos PIC in every location.

e. to guide and coach the operator.

f. to ensure delivery service are according as per schedule.

g. to ensure clean linen store and soiled linen store are well maintain.

h. to ensure all the complaints and request by user closed and updated in the system.

i. to compile the reject linen form (MMS 6080) from CCLS on daily basis and update information to Data Management Clerk.

j. to verify the rejected linen and prepare reports.

k. in providing periodical Management Performance Reports and Analysis as required including proposals for LLS improvement.

l. to plan, lead, motivate, organize, coach and train vendor staff and others to achieve departmental and company’s objectives.
m. in planning, coordinating, executing and monitoring services delivery of LLS are according to Concession Agreement, Technical Requirement performance Indicators, Master Agreed Procedures, Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP) and other statutory requirements introduced from time to time.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
