Stenta is currently in the process of recruiting a Finance & Accounts Executive, who will involve close collaboration with the Head of Accounts to effectively oversee the overall sets of account and costing aspects of our materials and vendor relationships. The **primary responsibilities** of this position encompass:

- Prepare and managing cost assessments for our raw materials.
- Coordinating monthly stocktaking activities and maintaining inventory control.
- Executing monthly costing procedures for various departments and relevant stakeholders.
- Conducting inventory valuation for all stocked items.
- Providing support in engagements with external entities such as tax agents, auditors, and the company secretary.
- Preparing schedules for audits and furnishing supporting documentation to external auditors and tax agents.
- Assisting superiors with special projects including forecasting and regulatory submissions.
- Handles sets of accounts for our business entities.

**Key Requirements**:

- Possession of a degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience of 2-3 years in managing material costing.
- Prior exposure to accounting functions is a definite advantage.
- Capability to thrive under pressure and effectively navigate a fast-paced environment, particularly during the anticipated company expansion over the next three years.
- Proficiency in meeting tight deadlines.
- Understand & willing to work under a Manufacturing Industry setting.
