**Primary Objective**:

- To monitor and report on the operations of licensing activities.
- Monitor of licensed persons to ensure they possess valid license to carry out the regulated activities for the following companies:

- RHB Investment Bank Berhad (RHBIB)
- RHB Asset Management Sdn Bhd (RHBAM)
- RHB Research Institute Sdn Bhd (RHBRI)
- RHB Islamic International Asset Management Berhad (RHBIIAM)
- To contribute and implement the efficiency workflow of Licensing Unit.
- Ensure timely registration of all categories of licensed and non-licensed persons with Securities Commission / Bursa Securities / Bursa Derivatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with the guidelines of the Securities Commission, rules and regulations of Bursa Malaysia and the policies and procedures of the Bank.
- Ensure the timely registration of examination and monitoring of examination status.
- Preparation and reconciliation of payments, statistical reports, compilation of regulatory reports, month-end composition, remisiers insurance payment etc
- Preparation of documentation for new branch, branch closure and relocation.
- Preparation of CP58 and submission of Income Tax returns for Commissioned Representatives.
- Preparation for the renewal of registration of data user (PDPA).
- Attend to requests from departments, SBUs, regulatory bodies (i.e Bursa Malaysia & Securities Commission) and licensed holders.
- Carry out ad hoc assignment/duties as may be assigned by management or superior
- All licensing matters for licensed personnel (Application / Renewal)
- Monitoring and follow up on renewal requirements with Licensed persons
- Participate in Agile Ceremonies
