Product Consultant

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail sales or as a product consultant is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain product features and benefits effectively to customers.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and during promotional periods.
- Physically fit, as the role may require standing for long hours.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Actively promote the brand’s electrical products to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback professionally.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Upsell or cross-sell related products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively in the store.
- Keep records of daily sales and submit reports to the supervisor/manager.
- Work closely with the retail team to ensure smooth daily operations.
