**Your new role**

As the Director, you will be leading the function taking care of biomedical engineering, asset management and building services ensuring that all relevant activities: testing, commissioning, maintenance and project management are delivered accordingly. You must have strong leadership capabilities to manager other managers and senior managers along with a sizeable team in a demanding environment, managing various stakeholders and contractors.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering with medical/healthcare background preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record as a leader with solid people management experience
- Ability to oversee big projects including CAPEX/OPEX
