Prepare daily report for management based on both operation shifts (day and night) and submit / present by next working day.
- Prepare monthly / quarterly reports or any ad hoc report requested by the Management.
- Prepare incident details report on any shortcoming / disciplinary issues in regards of security personnel and submit to the Management with proper recommendation for improvement.
- Conduct periodical security audit (frequency will be based on requirement set by the Management) and submit proposal / recommendation for improvement.
- Attend periodical security meetings organized by the Management; and to ensure the completion of task given during the meeting.
- Responsible to educate all Security personnel on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), rules and regulation stated by the Management. To conduct training for Security Personnel newly assigned to the assignment; as well as refresher training for current Security Personnel on work Instruction or SOP.
- Conduct briefing / counseling / motivational session with Security Personnel from time to time or when necessary to maintain and improve level of quality in our security service.
- Conduct periodical meeting with Security Personnel to update on latest information / guidelines or issues rose by Security Personnel for further action from the Management. To ensure minutes and attendance record for the meeting being kept properly.
- Attend to all problems / complaints / requests / new requirement pertaining to security matters at customer’s premise and to ensure issues being resolved.
- Ensure all security equipments / facilities are in good condition. Any damage or abnormality must be reported to respective personnel in-charge.
- Verify duty roster / activity log book of Security Personnel on daily basis to ensure sufficient manpower strength, their punctuality / attendance and their daily activities are in accordance to SOP.

- Monitor clocking / patrolling activities being conducted as scheduled / as per SOP.
- Ensure daily taking and handing over process being conducted and reported to Secom Control Centre accordingly.
- Any proposal / recommendation for changes in security rules and regulations must be discussed and approved by the Management before implementation.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
