QA Inspector

Job description **To conduct Incoming material inspection upon received raw material and consumable this is under the Inspectable List established by DH against the Process Quality Plan (Incoming Inspection) and Incoming Inspection Acceptance Criteria Checklist.**
- To prepare the In-Coming Quality Inspection Report.
- To record the pass data of inspection sampling quantity at the back of the inspection form and tabulate the average reading.
- To identify the accepted Incoming material with “QA APPROVED” sticker.
- To record the fail reading on the “Reject Data” column for those material that found their control parameter below the acceptable level
- To identify the rejected Incoming / Finished product with “QA REJECT” sticker.
- To inform superior those incoming material this is unsure of its quality or specification level, and to identify the material with “QA ON HOLD” sticker.
- To perform In-Process and Finished Product inspection for every Job Docket according to Check Points identified in the Quality Plan.
- To take sampling on the product according to Sampling Plan for conduct In-process and Finished Product Quality Inspection.
- To check / verify the quality of the product during WIP & finished product processes against quality & dimension requirement.
- To prepare In-process & Finished Product Quality Inspection Report.
- To record the inspection results / data into inspection report.
- To identify & marking the product with green crayon after conducted in-process quality inspection.
- To identify the product that passed the inspection with “QA APPROVED” sticker or “QA APPROVED” stamp.
- To identify the product that found out of specification or rejected product with “QA REJECT” sticker.
- To identify the product with “QA ON HOLD” sticker for non-conformances product or for the product that unsure the quality standard or specification level & inform to superior for further verification.
- To make sure all non-conformance products shall segregate out & identify to avoid unintended use.
- To follow-up the status of non-conformance product & verify the non-conformance product after repaired or rework by production
- To ensure all quality records / documents are submit to QA clerk in the systematic manner for easy traceability & filling.
- To calibrate measuring tape & UV light.
- No experience in QA are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
- You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by Department Heads.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
