**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Examining customers’ appliances and identifying the cause of appliance breakdowns
- Repairing or replacing defective or damaged appliance components for warranty and out of warranty upon approval from customers.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all items / parts used to repair, replace, or maintain appliances.
- Advising customers on how to use appliances correctly.
- Ensured customer satisfaction with proper communication.
- Resolve in timely manner without supervision.
- SPM, Certificate in Electrical & Electronic, Vocational school, Diploma, Degree
- Know-how to troubleshoot / tools.
- Understand electricity and how it powers appliances.
- Good knowledge on Electrical & Electronic theories
- Can start work immediate.
- Willingness to work at Kuantan KTO branch.
- Able to read, write and speak in Bahasa and English
- Basic customer service and communication skills.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuantan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
- English (preferred)
