As a **Lash Stylist** at HAIR TRIC & LASHILITY, you will be responsible for providing professional eyelash extension and beauty services to clients in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. You will ensure every client leaves feeling confident, beautiful, and satisfied with the results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform **eyelash extension services** (Classic, Hybrid, and Volume styles) according to client preferences.
- Conduct **lash removal, refill, and touch-up** services.
- Provide **lash consultation** and recommend suitable styles based on eye shape and natural lash condition.
- Maintain **strict hygiene standards** and sterilize all tools before and after each service.
- Educate clients on **aftercare tips** to prolong lash retention.
- Keep the workstation clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
- Assist with **product promotion** and recommend lash care products.
- Build and maintain good client relationships for repeat visits.

**Requirements**:

- Good **hand-eye coordination** and **attention to detail**.
- Excellent **customer service** and **communication skills**.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a passion for beauty and aesthetics.
- Able to work **retail hours**, including weekends and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
