**Responsibilities**:
1. Plan, assign, and supervise all safety matters and requirements for every work site.

2. Implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions in accordance with the company’s Quality Management System requirements.

3. Liaise with DOSH and other relevant authorities to ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.

4. Ensure that all work sites and offices are safe and comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (OSHA), CIDB requirements, and company safety policies.

5. Coordinate, monitor, and conduct Health & Safety training for all employees at work sites to promote safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures.

6. Formulate, implement, and maintain Health & Safety policies, activities, and procedures that meet legal and company requirements.

7. Advise management on changes to Health & Safety legislation and ensure effective implementation and compliance by all employees.

8. Schedule, organize, and conduct regular safety inspections and audits; supervise the company’s Health & Safety Committee and facilitate related meetings.

9. Investigate all safety-related incidents, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and submit comprehensive reports to the Head Office.

10. Keep abreast of relevant codes of practice and continuously improve Health & Safety measures; circulate new safety information to all employees.

11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to site safety.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
