Account Assistant

**Duties and Responsibilities: -**
2) Enter each transaction and knock off against the invoices on a daily basis. Official receipt running number shall be generated and maintained from EC Accounting System.
4) To prepare sales contract for overseas customers (Eg Vietnam and China)
5) Attend to customers request for DN, CN and COA on an ad-hoc basis. CN for those customers entitled to rebates based on collection, to issue credit notes for customers to be written off (non-recovered) as advice by Sales Admin or to issue credit notes for discounts or for contra purpose.
6) Compilation and computation for quarterly sales for Top Glove Group Of Companies for calculation of rebates entitlement
7) Attend to salesman request for incoming funds or online IBG transfer by customer
8) Perform month-end closing for AR collection and reporting (Eg : ageing report to salesperson on monthly basis)
9) Perform daily back up to the accounting system at server room
10) Perform audit confirmation balances as requested by customer’s auditor from time to time
12) Arrange to send out Statement of Account (SOA) by post except for e-SOA.
13) Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time in Finance Department.
**Job Requirements**:
- A minimum of a SPM/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 1 year(s) of working in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
