**Responsibilities**
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage livestream hosts; establish and refine operational workflows
- Develop livestream content strategies using proprietary AI tools, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor livestream performance metrics and implement optimization strategies to ensure host growth and target achievement
- Enforce platform policies and manage compliance risks, ensuring all hosts and accounts operate within regulatory guidelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in China (operations, product, tech) to ensure efficient communication and workflow integration
**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of livestream operations experience**; solid understanding of platform policies, TikTok Live experience preferred
- Deep familiarity with **Malaysian pop culture** and **TikTok content trends**; interest in or experience with **religious topics** is a plus
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Quick learner with a foundational understanding of AI tools and concepts
- Language**:Fluent in Malay and English** (English as working language); Chinese proficiency is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to RM64.03 per hour

Expected hours: 21 per week
