Performs the work of creating the company's social media content by producing digital content materials including planning, recording and editing.
- Develops social media content in line with short-term and long-term marketing goals.
- Plans the production of content for all company marketing communication campaigns in line with the message the company wants to convey based on the company's brand guidelines.
- Provides behind-the-scenes coverage before, live coverage during, and customer feedback after programs, events or campaigns.
- Ensures that work is delivered on time and meets the company's established marketing quality standards.
- Helps facilitate the planning and execution of all campaigns from before, during and after the campaign.
- Works closely with the product and service sales team, division management team and senior management team especially in marketing plans.
- Translate research into actionable ideas and designs that will satisfy users
- Brainstorm ideas using hand sketches, verbal cues, words and digital content software
- Analyze current social media content trends and determine effectiveness and provide improvements to social media campaigns
- Assist supervisors in managing and promoting social media accounts, ensuring company new product and service launches are updated, writing advertisements for company product and service descriptions and broadcasts
- Brainstorm social media content to be part of content publishing strategies and seasonal marketing efforts.
- Keep up with the latest developments and generate new ideas to attract potential customers
- Make video edits based on varying needs from time to time and in accordance with company standards and guidelines
- Perform any other duties as directed from time to time by management

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
