**Responsibilities**:
- Providing comprehensive support to the sales department, including managing sales processes, documentation, administrative tasks, and coordinating deliveries.
- Fulfilling essential customer service responsibilities such as addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
- Gathering data to create sales reports and overseeing sales activities.
- Maintaining and revising customer databases and records.
- Completing miscellaneous tasks as delegated by management.
- Engaging in indoor sales activities as required
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
- Well in communication and explanation
