**Tasks**
- ** Key Responsibilities**:

- Handles expenses claims, travel arrangement and errands for General Manager
- Answering, and screening incoming calls
- Maintain proper filling system and proper record keeping of information
- Handling the office improvement projects, planning and implementing office systems, layouts and office policies
- Plans and schedules weekly inspection on the office facilities to identify and implement maintenance works, perform preventive maintenance on equipment
- Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of the office space
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions such as pantry refreshment, stationers, courier services and cleaning tools/equipment
- Assist HR department in office celebrations/ events
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior

**Qualifications**
- ** Key Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of work experience in secretarial, admin coordination and/or operations support.
- IT literacy with good skill on using MS words, Power Point and Excel and able to generate Business Intelligence report using SAP System.
- Well organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Tactful and service-oriented individual who possess initiative, strong planning skill in managing schedules and delivering deadlines
- Trustworthy, efficient, resourceful and good stakeholder skills
