**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Arrange booking from trucker/shipping agent/airfreight agent.

2. Perform custom declaration EDI (K1/K2/K3/K8/K9) for Air/Sea/Land freight for all above customer.

3. Provide shipping instruction to shipping/forwarding agent for bl/airwarbill draft and forward for customer approval.

4. Final BL/Airwaybill confirmation to shipping/forwarding agent.

6. Prepare COO & courier to end consignee

7. Provide rot/gate pass to haulage to deliver container.

9. Arrange booking truck and follow up for shipment delivery.

12. Close fail and provide jobsheet to finance

13. Provide monthly report to superior.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM with 2 years (preferably relevant experience) or Certificate with 1 year experience
- Computer literate
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Willing to work at Section 23 Shah Alam or Port Klang

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
