Bellman

Greet guests promptly and courteously at the hotel entrance.
- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.
- Deliver luggage, packages, and messages to guest rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area.
- Coordinate transportation needs such as taxis or shuttles.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the local area, hotel services, and amenities.
- Store and retrieve luggage and other items in the bell storage area.
- Assist guests with directions and other concierge services as needed.
- Follow all safety and security procedures, including proper handling of guest property.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Provide support to other front-of-house departments when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
