**Content Creator and Social Media Manager Job Description**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across various social media platforms.
- Create engaging, high-quality, and shareable content (including text, images, videos, and graphics) that aligns with the brand's voice and target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, current events, and popular topics to leverage for content creation.
- Able to go live daily on social media platform.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and timely delivery of content.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to assess content effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Coordinate with design and photography teams to produce visually appealing content.
- Stay informed about changes and updates in social media algorithms and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Stay current with emerging social media platforms and assess their potential for brand presence.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and relevant industry partners for potential collaborations.
- Utilize social media management tools to schedule and publish content efficiently.
- Monitor and engage in relevant conversations and trends within the industry and social media communities.
- Implement paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content and encourage community participation.
- Monitor competitor's social media activities and analyze their strategies.
- Keep track of social media analytics, prepare regular reports, and present insights to the team.
- Continuously improve content strategies based on performance and feedback.
- Ensure all content complies with copyright and legal requirements.

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
