**RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION**

Commis responsibilities generally assist the other chefs. They help to prepare ingredients and do any tasks the chef need assistance with.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist Chef in daily to day preparation, cleaning and preparing of all basic food items
- Produce a quality dishes following established recipes and SOP
- To assist in inventory and stock ordering
- Restocks all items as needed throughout service
- Adheres strictly to safety, cleanliness and sanitation regulations
- Perform any other related as management may require from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
