JR34347 Intern - Probe Equipment

Title 1: To support Probe Equipment Engineering team in Machine Utilization improvement project.

Scope: To support engineer in developing an effective utilization dashboard to track performance and analyze the root cause pareto.
- setup a script to read equipment log file from server.
- write code with python to clean and analyze the data
- use Tableau or other data visualization techniques to setup the dashboard for Equipment team daily performance monitoring.
- Fan out the script to monitor various types of equipment.

Students will gain practical knowledge of equipment key performance indicator ownership and how to analyze equipment data for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Title 2: To study feasibility to install an industrial particle monitor in probe tools.

Scope: To support engineer to study the feasibility to install an real time industrial particle monitor in probe tools using Modbus communication.

Purpose: To improve productivity by automating manual task of taking physical measurement tool by tool.
