**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment & Staffing**
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure proper onboarding documentation**.**
**Onboarding & Offboarding**
- Prepare employment contracts, induction materials, and conduct employee orientation sessions.
- Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews, clearance forms, and final settlements.
**Employee Relations**
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in resolving employee issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Support employee engagement activities, events, and communications.
**Payroll & HR Administration**
- Compile and verify attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll inputs for monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records in HRIS and physical files.
- Prepare HR letters, memos, and reports as required.
**Performance Management**
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes including distribution of forms, compilation of evaluation results, and filing.
- Support HR Manager in tracking probation confirmations and performance improvement plans.
**Training & Development**
- Assist in identifying training needs and organising internal or external training sessions.
- Maintain training records and evaluation summaries.
**Compliance & Policies**
- Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian Labour Law and company policies.
- Support in drafting, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
**Other Duties**
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Management.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
