**Key Responsibilities**

**Design & Branding**
- Design and enhance the layout and user interface (UI) of websites, web portals, and webpages.
- Develop visual assets including logo and brand identity systems for various institutional initiatives.
- Ensure visual consistency across all digital and print materials in line with the institution’s branding guidelines.

**Marketing & Communication**
- Design creative assets for promotional campaigns: brochures, posters, infographics, presentation decks, banners, etc.
- Produce engaging visual content for social media platforms and digital newsletters to support student recruitment, public relations, and event promotion.
- Assist in developing and managing social media visuals and contribute to the marketing strategy.

**Educational & Digital Design**
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments across campuses to meet their design needs effectively.

**Coordination & Execution**
- Work with printers and external vendors to ensure final production quality meets required standards.
- Stay updated on current design trends, especially within the education and youth sectors.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in **Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Creative Multimedia**, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- **Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience** in the graphic design field, with a strong and diverse design portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools**:Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, Adobe XD, CapCut** or equivalent.
- Knowledge of **UX/UI design methodologies**.
- Familiarity with **digital marketing concepts** is a strong plus.
- Strong creative flair with excellent attention to layout, detail, and visual composition.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative team player who is proactive, responsible, and self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
