**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Cooperate with the retail team to achieve monthly sales targets by promoting healthcare and beauty products & ensure complete all the pending sales orders.
- Inventory control of Poison & Non-Poison by indent item from warehouse with each sku minimum 3 units display, update GRN in IRS system & merchandise FEFO accordingly.
- Filter and keep aside items which are short expired and ensure items entitled for cn and exchange are returned accordingly.
- Liaise with the account department regarding payment matters : Daily cash bank in, ensure all invoice printed and pass to account, clarified all unknown receivable.
- Manage the online platform of Lazada & Food Panda by fulfilling the Order within timely manner.
- Follow up on the delivery status for Shopee customers.
- Prepare invoice and Poison Signed Order accordingly for wholesale customers.
- Update Poison C book accordingly.
- Provide excellent service and maintain good relationships with customers.

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENT**:

- Possess at least **Diploma or equivalent in Pharmacy, Nursing, or any related field.**:

- **Minimum 1 year experience in sales** in retail pharmacy or related industry.
- Previous experience working in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address customer queries.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- **Mandarin proficiency is required** to serve our predominantly Chinese-speaking customers in Puchong Jaya.
- Based in TP Pharmacy's retail outlet at **Bandar Puchong Jaya, Selangor.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
