We’re Hiring: Retail Operations Manager | East Malaysia
Location: East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak)
Full-Time | Fashion & Footwear Retail

Are you a seasoned retail professional with a passion for leading teams and driving store success? I’m partnering with a well-established global retail brand to find a Retail Operations Manager who will oversee a cluster of high-performing stores in East Malaysia.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 8 to 12 years of total retail experience, including:

- 3 to 5 years in multi-store leadership (Area Manager, District Manager, or Operations Manager roles)
- Strong foundation in store-level management (e.g., Store Manager, Senior Store Manager)
- Career growth from store operations into regional/multi-store roles
- Proven ability to manage 10-30 stores, ideally across different states in Malaysia
- Background in fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or sportswear retail chains
- Strong with KPIs, SOPs, visual merchandising standards, audits, and team leadership
- Excellent track record in:

- Driving sales performance
- Coaching and developing store leaders
- Enhancing operational efficiency
- Managing inventory and loss prevention
