Answering calls, handling calls to take messages for client, staff while ensuring that all guidelines on confidentiality and product representation are maintained.
- Manage Visitor registration, having visitors seated in the designated space until their host is available to guide them around the office.
- Act as liaison person for new staff, support the process of smooth onboarding including documentation and responding to first level queries(assigning access cards, lockers, as well as maintaining the new joiners and leavers master list)
- Responsible for all the files and documentation that are kept at the office with proper filing method and kept under lock and key (Ex: visitor registration logs, Parcel registry, pantry stock check documentation etc).
- Responsibilities may rotate between reception, mailroom, administration, and pantry duties as and when required by the business.
- Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Carry out duties and tasks related to front desk services.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
