**Responsibility**:

- Welcome walk-ins, attend and guide visitors/guests accordingly.
- To attend to calls and enquiries from internal and external.
- Preparing meetings, conference rooms and visitors office.
- Purchasing&manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture. Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment,etc: Aircon repair & services, phone systems, photocopier.
- Managing filing and office systems. Keep organized and accurate records, making update to databases.
- Ensure good housekeeping at the Reception & Meeting area.
- Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work independently.
- Good troubleshooting skills and self motivated.
- Possess a pleasant personality, excellent telephone etiquette.
- Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Required language(s): English.
