**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

1 Monitor the HSE programs within project site.

2 Monitor work activities in order to advice management of HSE deficiencies and pf HSE implemention program or performance.

3 Coordinates and assures compliance with the risk Management Program.

4 Implement,coordinates and deliver safety related trainings programs.

5 Maintain and control all safety documentations.

6 Deliver other dutie/work scopes as assigned by HSE Manager.

7 Supervise the project HSE function on a construction projects.

8 Understanding the HSE schecmes/philosophy of the projec.

9 Direct the issuance of Notices of Non
- Compliance to subcontractor found in violation ogf the HSE rules & Regulation. Follows up to ensure compliance.

10 Develop and Supervises the implemention of project Safety action Plan in accordance with Rotary, HSE Manual, applicable local legal regulation and client requirements.

11 Contribute to the development and implemention of the HSE management Prosess.

12 Assist all areas of safety planning and incident preventaton.

13 Inspect & retify any unsafe practices and conditions at worksite.

14 Plan and coordinate the safety trainings and certifications of crew on site.

15 facilitate incident investigation together with project team.

16 Supervises the daily monitoring of work practices of Rotary and other subcontractors at the project.

17 Ensure that project working condition meet client HSE requirement.
