**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor key financial metrics, providing insights into variances and trends for review.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis by collecting, interpreting, and summarising financial data, trends, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads and Finance team members to gather relevant financial information and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Develop financial models and conduct scenario analyses to support financial strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Generate timely and insightful financial analysis, presentations, and dashboards for relevant stakeholders.
- Identify risks and opportunities within the financial landscape and provide recommendations for mitigating risks and capitalising on opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions, and market dynamics that could impact the company's financial performance.
- Assist in special financial projects and ad-hoc analysis as required by the Head of Finance and CEO.

**; Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Any professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, data analysis, and utilising financial software/tools.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
