We are seeking a skilled **Junior System Administrator** to manage and optimize the performance, security, and reliability of our SAP Business One (SAP B1) ERP system. This role involves system maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Administration and Maintenance**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the SAP B1 environment, ensuring uptime and system performance.
- Monitor and maintain server performance and database health to prevent downtime.

**Performance Optimisation**:

- Analyse system performance and implement optimisations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to customise and configure SAP B1 to meet business requirements.

**Security and Compliance**:

- Ensure the security of SAP B1 through regular audits, user access reviews, and compliance with company policies.
- Implement and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery processes for SAP B1 data.

**Troubleshooting and Support**:

- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot issues related to SAP B1 modules, databases, and integrations.
- Liaise with external vendors and SAP support for issue resolution and system enhancements.

**System Improvements and Projects**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within SAP B1.
- Lead or support ERP-related projects, including system integrations and module implementations.

**Documentation and Training**:

- Maintain detailed system documentation, including configurations, workflows, and processes.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP B1.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Familiarity with third-party add-ons and integrations for SAP B1 is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in SQL for database management and queries.
- Knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
- Understanding of SAP B1 configuration and customisation processes.
- Experience with SAP B1 integration tools and APIs.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and system security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication skills to support and collaborate with teams.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
