**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Leadership & Administration**
- Oversee the overall operations of the kindergarten, including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local and national childcare regulations and safety standards.
**2. Staff Management & Development**
- Recruit, train, and supervise teachers and support staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize staff training and professional development programs.
**3. Curriculum & Child Development**
- Work with teachers to implement a structured yet flexible curriculum that supports children’s development.
- Ensure learning activities align with educational standards and encourage creativity and exploration.
- Monitor children's progress and address any developmental concerns.
**4. Parent & Community Engagement**
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and school activities.
- Organize parent meetings, workshops, and engagement programs.
- Foster partnerships with the local community and external organizations.
**5. Safety & Facility Management**
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for children and staff.
- Oversee health and safety protocols, including emergency preparedness.
- Manage inventory and ensure classrooms are well-equipped with learning materials.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
