**Job Purpose**

To execute maintain activities for Machinery and Utility:

- To ensure all Machinery equipment such as Cooker, Processing, Filling, Packaging, and machinery equipment under good condition and minimize machine breakdown and improve production efficiency.
- To minimize change over size adjustment time & fine tuning time.
- To understand the characteristics of each machine & packing materials differences, carry out fine tuning of machine accordingly
- Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skill, more involve in hand on experience and undergone internal / external training.
- To conduct Preventive maintenance schedule and changing size of machine when required.
- Utilities equipment such as air compressor, air-condition, chillers, cooling tower, boiler, waste water treatment plan, refrigeration, overhead crane, air-dryer.
- Facilities and such as electrical, firefighting, water supply, sanitary system, lift and furniture like roller shutter, door, window, gate, ceiling & etc.
- To perform general repairing jobs in factory compound.
**Principle Accountability**

**A) General Factory Maintenance/ Repairing**

Perform inspection for factory general machinery, facilities/utilities and perform repairing if necessary.

**B) Minimum Machine and Equipment Breakdown Time**

Daily machine inspection and carry out maintenance and repair immediately if found any abnormality to ensure machines are functioning well according to specification all the time.

**C) Maintain 5S**
- Perform 5S activities at machine area, store area, size change cabinet to ensure clean and tidy working environment and improve operation.
**D) **No Accident**
- Ensure all safety devices and cover at machine is in order and all operators follow the safety instruction on the machine.
**E)**Setting up and machine running efficiency**
- Ensure all machine setting up in accordance to specification, fine tuning and adjustment to be carried to ensure machine is running at high efficiency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
