Manage changes in customer demand.
- Control inventory, set safety stock, and handle excess materials.
- Provide material simulations for rush orders and new product launches.
- Develop solutions for material shortages and critical parts.
- Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO), including cost and implementation timelines.
- Support purchasing in releasing accurate and timely Purchase Requisitions (PR).
- Ensure full material kits are available to meet on-time delivery (OTD).
- Create and manage monthly (MPS), weekly (WPS), and daily (DPS) production schedules based on demand, materials, and capacity.
- Oversee daily production planning to meet customer needs with high quality, efficiency, and balanced capacity.
- Continuously improve production planning for better flexibility and on-time delivery.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and paperwork.
- Ability to work with new product introductions, out-of-production spares, and customer returned material.
- Responsible for maintaining the master plan and forecast setup in our ERP system within the site.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
