Job description
- Min. Diploma or equivalent.
- Dedicated, proactive, responsible, and result-oriented.
- Pleasant disposition, self-motivator, a team player, and able to work under pressure.
- Meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to work on shifts and Public Holidays (including weekends).
- Communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibility
- Prepare donuts according to the projection set by the Management.
- Ensure each and every safety instruction (food handling and local regulation) is strictly followed.
- Mix ingredients according to specified ingredients.
- Ensure that ingredients are not used in excess to avoid wastages.
- Produce dough according to the standard specification set by the Company.
- Ensure each donut that is cut from the dough is according to the specified size, shape, and weight.
- Cook donuts at the specified heat temperature and let the donuts rest after that before proceed with finishing.
- Ensure donuts finishing is done accordingly and efficiently.
- Arrange donuts on the donut tray according to the projection sheet before sending out for delivery.
- Ensure kitchen is in a safe environment e.g. no slippery floors and thing that staff may trip over or thing that might fall on people. Dry wet floor immediately with a mop.
- Identify and avoid fire hazards. Operate food equipment in a safe and specified manner.
- Ensure there are no gas leakages.
- Do not allow outsider from entering the kitchen. Close and lock the backdoors.
- Your kitchen will run smoothly if you have teamwork and good communication with staff.
- Work as a team with all staff including the serving staff.
- Work efficiently to make sure the production schedule is met.
- Complete reports and other paperwork neatly and accurately.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
