**Position Overview**:
The Sales Associate Intern will assist in various sales and customer service activities to support the sales team and enhance the customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in sales, customer service, and retail operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, addressing their needs, and answering questions about products and services.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling.
- **Product Knowledge**: Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- **Store Operations**: Help with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- **Sales Reporting**: Assist in tracking sales metrics and inventory levels to support inventory management and sales analysis.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Internship position available for a minimum of 6 months.
- Students must be majoring in [e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, etc.].
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English is an advantage.
- Students are required to have their own laptops to complete tasks during the internship.
- A valid driver's license is an advantage.
- Willingness to commute to Kuala Lumpur (KL) for work when needed.
