**Job Role**:

- Experiences in Market Tenants mix and proposes for the workable leasing strategies for the different type of Complex and Mall under the group.
- Able to develop short term and long term business strategies for the Complex and Mall and present to the Board of Director for their comment and approval.
- Take charge of Group's entire Complex and Malls' leasing & marketing activities.
- To make recommendation & attract suitable tenants to the mall.
- Well versed in Complex and Mall operation and market intelligent.
- To make timely and periodic reports & analysis to the Management.

**Job Requirement**
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Main tasks are to get tenants to operate in our malls.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Min. 15 yrs hands-on malls operation exp.
- The latest 3 yrs must be too mgmt level in malls operation.
- Age below 50 years old

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
