**Job description**

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
- Receiving and processing warehouse stock products
- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
- Complete diary logs into inventory
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 years of working experience in the logistic / 3PL / Supply Chain is required for this position;
- Previous experience as a warehouse store hand or a similar management position
- Basic knowledge in MS. Office (Excel, Word), computer knowledge and operating scanning equipment;
- Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate eloquently and effectively;
- Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and able to handle stressful conditions;
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-initiated.
- Able to commit for overtime when needed;
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period.
- Basic knowledge or familiar with SQL or SAP management system or training will be provided.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
