**Duties & key Responsibilities**:

- Perform order planning, processing, and sales operations.
- Handle of customers’ Purchase Contract, highlight abnormalities in order, pricing and term andcondition.
- Generating sales revenue through existing and new customers.
- Responsible for customers’ payment monitoring.
- Involvement in planning of website goals, layout, contents, graphics, target audience, detailedfeature of stunning company website.
- Provide Packaging list / Invoices & Shipping documents to customers.
- Follow up customer forecast and supplier supply fulfillment to ensure on time delivery.
- Manage customer complaints or quality issues together with Quality Assurance team.
- Ensure the attainment of quality standards that meet customer expectations.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Production team to ensure smooth delivery matter.
- Coordinate with Finance and prepare Credit Notes and Debit Notes.
- Up keeping files and documents in proper manner.
- Preparation of monthly report as required.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Prefer Mandarin speaker.
- Able to speak and write well in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and etc.)
- Good in analysis, problem solving and reporting skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge, skills, and experience in a paper industry will be an added advantage.
- Applicants should be Malaysian.
- Ability to work under minumum supervision and a good team player.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Minyak/Simpang Ampat, Penang
