**Key Responsibilities**:
**Site Management and Supervision**
- Monitor daily activities to ensure that work is performed as per the approved design and safety standards.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of work progress, site incidents, and any deviations from project plans.

**Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Compliance**
- Enforce TNB’s safety policies and guidelines, ensuring all personnel adhere to safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings regularly.
- Implement risk assessments and ensure proper safety measures are in place.

**Coordination and Communication**
- Coordinate with the Project Engineer and other stakeholders to resolve any site-related technical issues.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery and work execution.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and resource requirements to the Project Manager.

**Resource Management**
- Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize productivity.
- Monitor resource usage and minimize wastage or delays in project timelines.
- Handle foreign workers and manage their needs at the site.

**Documentation and Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, manpower, equipment, and material usage.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of site supervision experience, preferably in electrical infrastructure projects.
- **Certification**: Possession of CIDB certification, NTSP, and KKT card is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is an added advantage.

**Competencies**:

- Knowledge of electrical construction standards and practices.
- Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle foreign workers and documentation.

**Working Conditions**:

- Willingness to work at various project sites as needed.
- Ability to work extended hours and in challenging environmental conditions as required by the project.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Freelance

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
